How does EasyViz enable clinicians to gain instant, remote access to patient images?
- A user downloads and installs the EasyViz thin client onto their standard PC or laptop.
- The user then logs into the application, views a worklist and selects and launches the image for reading and reporting.
- Selecting the image initializes a session with the EasyViz Enterprise Server, which locates and retrieves the image from the hospital archive.
- Once the image is located, the server uses Adaptive Streaming Technology to stream the image back to the client’s computer through a fully encrypted connection and in full DICOM and diagnostic quality.
Downloading and installing the thin client takes only a few minutes. Then, the clinician can work from anywhere with no restrictions to speed, image quality and functionalities.
